SEALTIGHT SEALMASTIC™ dampproofing coatings are available in two types; Solvent & Emulsion
Each type is offered in three dependable applications grades for spraying, brushing, and troweling.
SEALMASTIC™ dampproofing coatings help complete the building envelope, reducing dampness and moisture infiltration through foundation walls, footings, retaining walls, parapets, fire walls, tanks, culverts, cisterns, and bridge abutments. They are also applicable for stone-backing, abovegrade cavity wall applications and below-grade masonry wall dampproofing.
Type 1: Brush-on or Spray-grade
Dampproofing is an asphalt-base clay emulsion with specifically formulated fibers to provide an excellent strength and water-resistant tight film. Emulsion-type dampproofings are the breather type which permit moisture vapor to escape through the film, while remaining resistant to water penetration. This prevents blistering of applied films. They can be applied to green concrete (not totally dry).
